Question Deadline: Thu Apr 20, 2023 11:59:00 PM (EDT) Duration in months: 72 Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) requires the services of a qualified engineering consulting firm for the Beverley Acres German Mills Creek Erosion Control Project, to mitigate risks to a York Region sanitary sewer line, in the City of Richmond Hill. The engineering consultant (water resources engineer and civil engineer, with support from other disciplines as required) will develop concept and detailed designs, lead a Schedule B Municipal Class Environmental Assessment (MCEA) and other approvals processes, lead tendering, and provide contract management/administration and engineering support for construction. It is anticipated that this project will continue over multiple years and be led by one qualified engineering consulting firm, with support from TRCA on key administrative items and permit/approvals processes. Proponents should carefully review the scope of work and anticipated schedule when submitting a proposal. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
