Object of the contract : The purpose of this call for tenders is to retain the services of a supplier who will supply, deliver and install, according to a fixed price, waste containers and exterior steel sheds at the request of the CSSDM, in compliance with the conditions of this invitation to tender. Each supplier has the right to participate in one or more lots and a contract will be awarded for each lot to the lowest conforming bidder who meets the technical specifications of each of the lots in this call for tenders. The estimated quantities are only used to calculate the lowest compliant bid and in no way constitute a form of commitment on the part of the CSSDM. The occurrence of the first of the following events will terminate the contract: the expiry date: at the end of a firm contract year; reaching the maximum amount indicated in the purchase order. The same operation will be applicable for both renewal options. It is important to allow sufficient time for access and submission of bids.
