The owner has selected a Construction Manager The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for the Marana Unified School District (District) to contract with a single qualified firm to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CM@Risk) services for design support, preconstruction and construction of gymnasium at Twin Peaks K8. The project is briefly presented in the following paragraphs. The District will not be responsible for the pre-opening of, post-opening of, or failure to open a qualification not properly submitted or identified.
