The work to be done in general consists of mobilization; traffic control; water pollution control program; crack sealing; type II slurry seal with black rock; digouts; reconstructing concrete sidewalk, curb, gutter, curb ramps, valley gutter and catch basins; pruning and removing tree roots; lowering and adjusting utility covers to finish grade; removal & replacement of traffic striping and pavement markings; installation of roadside signs and tuff curbs; and all other work shown on the Plans and as specified in these Special Provisions. The estimated construction costs for the Base Bid, Additive Bid #1, and Additive Bid #2 are $2,200,000, $200,000, and $150,000 respectively. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The City Council has ascertained that State of California prevailing wage rates are applicable for this and all City projects.
