The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the firm Bouchard Service-Conseil SENC. TERFA does not undertake to accept the lowest tender, nor any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. TERFA reserves the right to remove certain parts of the contract or increase certain quantities and furthermore shall not be liable for any action or claim for costs or losses incurred as a result of such a decision.
