A certified check or bank draft, payable to Fairfield Township, or negotiable U.S. Government Bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to ten (10) percent of the total of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Construction Performance and Payment Bonds are required in the amount of one-hundred (100) percent of the Contract as awarded.
