Renovation of a municipal facility in Ravenna, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Each bid shall be accompanied by a bond executed by a surety company authorized to do business in Ohio, or by a certified check on a solvent bank, payable to Portage County Board of Commissioners, in a sum equal to ten percent (10 %) of the amount of the bid. The certified check or bond will be held as a guarantee that if the proposed bid is accepted, the bidder will enter into a contract for same. Each bid shall contain the full name of every person and company interested in the same and must be sealed in an envelope and endorsed with the identification of the appropriate contract. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids.
