All questions must be submitted in writing by: Friday, August 8, 2025 Scope: Replace Salisbury Street culvert per specs and requirements of the City of Worcester Department of Public Works. This bid must be accompanied by a deposit in the form of cash, or bid bond, or a certified check, treasurer's check, or cashier's check, payable to the City of Worcester (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner", or the "Awarding Authority") in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total value of the bid. No other form of bid security will be accepted All questions must be referred in writing to Jerry Kucera via e-mail at kucerajs@worcesterma.gov Bid Security (5% of Total Bid) The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all general bids which contains erasures, alterations, additions, errors or irregularities of any kind, or which contains proposed prices for any class or item of work which are, in the judgment of the Owner, substantially less or more than the actual cost to complete the work; provided, however, that the Owner reserves the right to waive any and all informalities as to form. Matters as to substance shall not be waived.
