Renovation of a fire / police facility in Lauderhill, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The intent of this project is to upgrade the existing hvac system at the lauderhill police department as follows: 1. Visit jobsite and become familiar with all existing conditions. 2. Provide new duct static pressure control as specified. 3. Provide new supply air temperature control as specified. 4. Remove existing inline exhaust fans as shown. 5. Remove existing supply air ceiling diffusers as directed by facility manager 6. Install new vav diffusers as scheduled. 7. Install new wall temperature set point adjusters as shown. 8. Provide electrical work for diffusers that operate on wall adjusters. 9. Modify existing drywall in lobby to accommodate new linear diffusers. 10. Participate in the commissioning process of new systems 11. Test and balance all new diffusers to achieve the air flow rates specified. 12. Provide new ddc controls as specified. 13. Install new mini split system for east stairwell as shown.
