The Rural Municipality of McKillop No. 220 is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to build a 40x70 open-air public pavilion within the organized hamlet of Collingwood Lakeshore Estates. The pavilion will be a covered gathering place for community events and ratepayers. Scope of Work The Hamlet of Collingwood will supply the structures plans, trusses, and beams, unless the contractor can provide for less than budgeted amount. The Rural Municipality of McKillop No. 220 is seeking a suitable contractor or otherwise qualified firm to perform the following: 1. Labour and expertise to erect a 40x70 pavilion structure, including roof truss. 2. Supply the structures plans, beams, hangers, and posts for less than budgeted amount. 3. Prepare the site for construction. 4. Ensure all elevation requirements from the WSA and RM are met. 5. Material and labour for a metal roof - including but not limited to; strapping, soffits, facia, eavestroughs, and downspouts. Request For Proposal Page 2 of 4 6. Material and labour for concrete floor. 7. Material and labour for bottom-cored sheeting, 3/8 plywood painted. 8. Supply and install 200-amp service for construction purposes.
