Site work for a mixed-use development in Cleburne, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and educational facility.
Name of Offeror (General Contractor) Wheat Middle School Track and Field Reconstruction Cleburne Independent School District Attn: Barry Hipp The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any formalities or irregularities in the Competitive Sealed Proposal process. No proposal shall be withdrawn within 30 days after the proposal opening without the specific consent of the Owner. PROPOSAL BOND: A Proposal Bond from a bonding company acceptable to the Owner or a certified check in an amount equal to 10% of the greatest amount proposal must accompany each Offeror's proposal The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Construction of a synthetic turf field to replace an existing natural grass field. In addition, the work includes new football goalposts with pads and a small concrete sidewalk section. An alternate proposal includes new 6-ft Black PVC Coated Chain Link fencing. B. Type of Contract: The project will be constructed under a competitive sealed proposal (CSP) contract.
