The address is 2803 Dungannon Road, Coeburn, VA 24230. Driving instructions can be obtained from the Center by calling (276) 395-3384. 3. Base Item No. 3 - Wellness/Teap (Bldg 08) Water Heater
a. Measurement: This item is measured as a Lump Sum quantity.
b. Payment: The contract lump sum price as shown in the Schedule of Items includes all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals to remove an existing water heater and accessories and install a new Energy Star water
heater and listed accessories and other code or manufacturer required Components. Installation of door louvers for water heater manufacturer recommended ventilation Optional Bid Items (OBI)
1. Bid Item No. 4 OBI- Hickory Dorm (Bldg 03) Heat Pumps
a. Measurement: This item is measured as a Lump Sum quantity.
b. Payment: The contract lump sum price as shown in the Schedule of Items includes all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals to remove and replace two existing heat pump systems and associated work as indicated in plans and drawings.
Bid Item 5 OBI - Female Dorm (Bldg 54) - Condensing Unit Relocation
a. Measurement: This item is measured as a Lump Sum quantity.
b. Payment: The contract lump sum price as shown in the Schedule of Items includes all materials, equipment, labor, and incidentals to relocate an existing condensing unit, this includes constructing a new cast-in-place equipment pad, extending refrigerant linesets, power, and control wiring, refrigerant, and testing for proper function after relocation.
