Actual onsite work is to be scheduled and coordinated with the Project Manager. The site will be available for work completion from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Work completion outside these hours shall be arranged through the Project Manager. The time in which the Contractor agrees to complete the work is of the essence of the contract. Substantial completion shall be completed by December 22, 2023. Final project completion shall be completed no later than December 29, 2023.
