Renovation of an educational facility in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,962-square-foot educational facility.
As of June 1, 2023, the project has been awarded, however, a timeline for construction has not been confirmed. East Baton Rouge Parish School Board reserves the right to award the project on whatever basis is in the interest of the Owner and to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities as allowed by law. Liquidated damages will be assessed at $1,200.00 for each consecutive calendar day for which the work is not substantially complete and $1,200.00 for each consecutive calendar day beginning the 46th day after the date of Substantial Completion for which all of the work listed on the punch list is not complete. The successful Bidder is allowed 100 calendar days to complete the Project from the commencement date stated in the Agreement or a Notice to Proceed.
