Democrat and Chronicle Jun 4, 2023 Invitation for RE-BID The Rochester Housing Authority, Rochester, New York, will receive sealed bids for: University Tower Façade Repair, (1 prime) Exterior Restorations, in connection with the Above Project, NY-41-14 at University Tower, 625 University Avenue, in the City of Rochester, New York UNTIL: Friday, July 7, 2023 @ 11:00 a.m. at its Procurement Office, 495 Upper Falls Blvd., Rochester, New York, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. There will be a walk through at University Tower, 625 University Avenue Avenue on Thursday, June 15 at 11:00 am. All questions for this solicitation must be sent in writing by Thursday, June 22, @ 11:00 AM All questions will be answered in an addendum. Plans and specifications may be obtained from the Avalon website at https://www.avalonroch- planroom.com/after registering your request beginning Monday, June 5, 2023. The Rochester Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
