The quantities in the proposal are based on estimated needs. Notice is hereby provided that the Department may increase or decrease the quantities purchased as deemed necessary or expedient. An increase or decrease in the quantity will not be regarded as sufficient grounds for an increase or decrease in the unit prices. Each awarded vendors contract and prices shall be valid for an initial Term of one (1) year from contract execution. The contract may be renewed for three (3) additional, one-year extension periods through negotiation between the Vendor and the Department.
