Selected Architects will provide architectural services on projects that may include but not be limited to:
o Studies, Programming, Design Services, Conceptual Design, Facility Evaluation, and Cost Estimating for new construction
o Building Remodeling, Renovations, Additions and Expansions
o Recreation Facilities Upgrades
o Deferred Maintenance Projects for Building Maintenance, Roofing, Window and Door Replacements
o Lighting Upgrades (Interior, Theater, Exterior, Street, Signage, Athletic Fields)
o Streets, Parking Lots, Walkways
o Site Development Projects including Landscaping, Irrigation, Underground Utilities
o Interior Design, Materials, Furniture and Equipment selections
o Owner's Representative and Construction Inspection Services
o Preparation of Design Criteria Packages

Palm Beach State College seeks to contract with Architects for Palm Beach State College Projects. This document contains the information and proposal requirements for interested Architects. The College intends to award multiple Professional Services Agreements on a Continuing Basis with an initial term of three (3) years following the execution of the Agreement. If acceptable to both parties, the College may extend the Agreement for up to two (2) additional years not to exceed an aggregate of five (5) years. Extension(s) of the Agreement will be in writing through an executed amendment to the Agreement. The College reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any and all proposals/proposals or to cancel this Solicitation entirely if determined to be in the best interest of the College. Any Respondent who is currently involved, either directly or indirectly with any litigation against or involving the College, which, as determined by the Palm Beach State College District Board of Trustees majority vote, may not be in the best interest of the College may be disqualified and not considered for an award The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
