Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Raymond, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Raymond, New Hampshire is soliciting proposals from Contractors for the removal, replacement, stamp and color of the Town Common sidewalks. Provide the Town of Raymond with removal, disposal (optional to dispose at Town gravel site on Route 27) and replacement of sidewalks in Town Common. Remove all existing pavement, gravel, tree roots and remove grass and soil in new walkway areas, prep all areas with at least 10 inches of compacted gravel to grade minus 3 inches for pavement. Pavement edges shall be straight, aligned, and in the flow of direction of walkway. Stamp pavement with a brick pattern, color dark red, color samples may be requested. Loam pavement edges leaving no more than 1 inch of pavement above ground level.
