Furnish a Traction Motor Washer System NYCT is seeking a total solution for cleaning alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC) Traction Motors major components (Rotors and Stators for AC Traction Motors, and Armatures and Frames for DC Traction Motors) as well as other smaller parts. The total solution should comprise of a new, automatic, computer-controlled AC and DC Traction Motor Washer (TMW) with an Indexing Oval Conveyor (IOC) with integrated transfer tables and a Wastewater Filtration/Recycling System (WF/RS) to be installed as direct replacement of an existing traction motor washer system at the Coney Island Overhaul Shop in Brooklyn, New York. The total solution shall be referred to as AC and DC TMW system Funding: 100% Capital Est $ Value: $1M - $5M Contract Term: 4 Years *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
