Removal of the old hub at SLCC Following all environmental, quality and safety requirements Constructing the project with the proper Buy America requirements Assisting UTA with Public Relations as needed to provide property owners and the public understanding of project schedule and impacts to their properties/accesses. Contractor shall pay its employees and also ensure its sub-tier contractors at every level pay their eligible employees the prevailing wage rate as established by the Utah State Labor Commission. Unless otherwise excused by the terms of the Contract Documents, Contractors failure to timely perform the Work in accordance with the completion milestones shall result in the assessment of liquidated damages (if, and to the extent, set forth in the Agreement) and (where no liquidated damages are provided under the Agreement or where the maximum liquidated damages available under the Agreement have been incurred) an event of default.
