Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Installation of new utility service with utility transformer for the new switchboard MDS-1 located inside walk-in enclosure provided by switchboard manufacturer. Work includes ATS and MTS installed inside walk-in enclosure and a pad mounted exterior generator for standby power for the water treatment plant. Underground ductbank work and traffic coordination for operations and other County officials to have access to site and parking for vehicles. Salvage of existing medium voltage gear, transformers, and low voltage gear is by the Contractor and shall be coordinated with BGE utility for removal of existing services after new service and equipment is fully operational. The cost range for the Project is: $3,000,000 to $3,500,000
