Question Deadline: Tue Apr 18, 2023 5:00 PM (CDT) The scope of work for this Project shall include, but not be limited to: Removal of diseased trees on public and private land in district# 1,2,3, & 4. All bids submitted are to be valid for sixty (60) calendar days. A certified check or cashier's check payable to the City of Bloomington, or satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and a licensed surety company must also accompany the Bid in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total Bid to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid be accepted and the Bidder fail to enter into a written contract and furnish the required bond within ten (10) days after the award of the contract. All Bid Bonds should be sent to: Purchasing 1800 West Old Shakopee Road, Bloomington, MN 55431. Bid Bonds must be received within three business days of the published bid opening date. Bind Bonds received after the time will be returned unopened without being considered for award. Each Bid Bond submitted must be clearly identified on the outside of the sealed opaque envelope as "23-13 Diseased Tree Removal".
