An electronic bid bond will be required with bid submission in the amount of 5% of total bid. A performance bond in the amount of 50% A payment bond of 50% Note: Only Bids Written in Ink or Typewritten, and Properly Signed by a Member of the Firm or Authorized Representative, Will Be Accepted. Pencil and/or Photostatic Figures or Signatures Shall Result in Bid Rejection. However, Electronic Signatures as Defined in Lsa - R.s. 9:2620(8) Are Acceptable.
