This project is for the construction of the Stauffer Road Construction/Paving Project Phase 3, Taylor Borough, Lackawanna County in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The purpose of the project is to provide safe and efficient travel through the Stauffer Industrial Park. Upgrading the pavement for this facility will provide safer access for emergency services to access the facilities within the industrial park. In addition, this project seeks to encourage further economic development, provide opportunity for new jobs and retain existing employers. Phase 3 of the project includes road improvements within the Stauffer Industrial Park, on Stauffer Road and Kane Lane, in Taylor Borough, Lackawanna County. This project includes roadway rehabilitation consisting of full depth reconstruction, base repair, milling and overlay, shoulder restoration, minor widening, and drainage repairs. Traffic will be maintained through the site during construction with short-term flagging and long-term stationary operations. Local access to commercial driveways will be maintained during construction.
