** As of today 5/10/23 The project has not been awarded yet and start dates are yet to be determined. ** The project generally includes the following major work items: Smoke testing and CCTV inspection of approximately 14,200 linear feet of sewer main, approximately 2,500 linearfeet ofpipe bursting and insertion ofcured-in-place pipe and service and other improvements and adjustments as necessary. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause in accordance with Louisiana R.S. security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percent of bidder s maximum bid price and in the form of a certified check, cashier s check or a bid bond. Performance Bond and a Payment Bond each in the amount of 100% ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $630,000 - $700,000
