Contractor agrees to furnish all tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, labor and materials necessary to perform and complete in a good and workmanlike manner, and in strict accordance with the Contract Documents as defined in section 7 hereof, the work of: Foskett Soccer Field Renovation Project, City of Lincoln, County of Placer, State of California, as called for in the drawings and specifications adopted by the City, which drawings and specifications have been executed by the parties to this agreement. It is understood and agreed that said tools, equipment, apparatus, facilities, labor and materials shall be furnished, and said work performed and completed as required in the Contract Documents, under the direction and supervision of, and subject to the approval of the City and its duly authorized representatives. Remove and replace approximately 170,000 square feet of sod on soccer fields. Add amendments; till, regrade to level condition by laser. Confirm irrigation coverage and install new latitude 36 Bermuda from Delta Bluegrass. Question Deadline 04/06/2023 Removed upper 1" layer of existing turf by way of fraise mowing. Add amendments per soils report from Sierra Pacific turf. Till soil 6" deep and regrade to level condition by way of laser Remove all rock 1" or larger. No visible rock to remain on surface. Check irrigation for proper coverage, adjust accordingly. Upon final approval from the City, re-install with new Latitude 36 Bermuda from Delta Bluegrass. Prior to install, fertilize field with starter fertilizer. After install, roll entire field. Provide 30-Day maintenance after final acceptance. Fertilize at end of maintenance period.
