The scope of the project shall consist of but is not limited to selective demolition work to include dry standpipe pipes, risers, supports, fire department connection monuments, walls, partitions, ceilings, roofing, conduits, lighting, and all incidental accessories, hardware, and supports. New work to include installation of new manual wet standpipe pipes, riser, supports, fire department connection monuments, fire hydrants, fire-rated enclosures, walls, partitions, ceiling, roofing, electrical and all incidental accessories, structural supports, and hardware. The Project budget is anticipated to be between $2,000,000.00 and $4,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. attached are the pre-final plans for this project. The scope of the project will consist of but is not limited to the following: Remove the existing dry standpipe systems at Bilger Hall, Bilger Addition and Saunders Hall. Includes removal of the existing pipes, risers, supports, fire department connections, etc. Installation of new manual wet standpipe systems at Bilger Hall, Bilger Addition and Saunders Hall. Includes installation of pipes, risers, supports, fire department connections, etc. Installation of new fire department connection concrete monuments Installation of new fire hydrants with new concrete footing Abatement of Hazardous Materials Selective demolition and replacement of walls, partitions, ceilings, etc. Patching and painting of all walls, floors, ceilings, etc. affected by the work Selective demolition and patching of existing roofing systems Remove and reinstall existing acoustic ceiling tiles, ceiling grid, lighting, air devices and exit signs as needed to install new dry standpipe system Installation of new fire-rated enclosures Remove, relocate and replace existing electrical conduits as needed Connect new tamper switches to the existing fire alarm system
