Precast Concrete Slab Spans Bridge FOB: Lat. 35.75651, Long. -90.06938 Bid Bond in the amount of $1,000.00 required of all bidders at time of bid opening or bid will be rejected. Personal and company checks are not acceptable as Bid Bonds. See Condition 4 on page 1 of Standard Bid Conditions. Performance Bond in the amount of $1,000.00 will be required of successful bidder prior to providing goods/services. Precast slabs units will be required to be designed for HL-93 loading in accordance with AASHTO LFRD Specifications. Precast slabs will have to configure to the following span configuration (existing drawings attached for reference): Number of spans: 5 (see existing structure plans for reference) Span length: 35'-0" (see existing structure plans for reference) Bridge Skew: 45 degrees (see existing structure plans for reference). Configured for Cap and Roadway slope of 1/8" per 1 foot (see existing structure plans for reference). Configured for 1'-6" curb and 24' roadway width. (27' out to out).
