Renovation of a medical facility in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This Invitation to Tender is being issued by the Health Organization for the following project: Work of this Contract comprises the following: The decommissioning, removal and disposal of the existing medical air central equipment and associated valves, piping, controls and vents and the installation of the Owner supplied medical air equipment (pre-purchased) and associated valves, piping, vents, controls etc as outlined in the design documents. The project also includes the replacement of two out of three existing vacuum pumps (within the existing skid infrastructure). The existing vacuum pumps are to be decommissioned and returned to the Owner. The project also includes the addition of a roof top cooling unit, ductwork and associated controls. Both the vacuum pump scope of work and the HVAC scope of work are to be priced separately to the medical air scope of work and will only proceed if budget allows.
