Clean roof deck of all debris. Clean roof with Simple Green. Clean to touch with no suds present. 2. Scan Roof and mark any areas of wet insulation. Replace insulation to existing height. Use torch applied modified base sheet and cap for repairs. 3. Make repairs to any lifted laps, seams, splits, cracks, perimeter details and any other deficiencies. 4. Repair blisters on wall/field and repair. Cut X, dry inside blister, fill with membrane adhesive and close. Torch cap patch over repair at least 6'' past perimeter of blister. 5. Start coating scope at drains, curbs and walls prior to field coating. 6. Install Aliphatic Polyurea at 4 Gal sq base. 7. Immediately roll/brush in Grip soft polyester reinforcement with no voids with 3'' lap. 8. Install 2-Gal top coat of the Aliphatic Polyurea as soon as cured but no more than 72 hours later. 9. Install walkway at 1 Gal sq and adhere yellow minerals 10. Paint gas lines and drain strainers. 11. Refer to project specification manual for further information 12.
