Crushed Stone and Other Products All bids shall be submitted on bid forms supplied by the City of Wapakoneta and in accordance with the specifications and to the approval of the Director. A separate bid form shall be used for each Bid submitted. All bids shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope and marked "SEALED BID-EQUIPMENT RENTAL RATES", "SEALED BID-CRUSHED STONE & OTHER PRODUCTS". Bids may not be withdrawn for 60 days. Bids must be submitted on the forms found in the bid documents and must contain the names of every person or company interested therein, and shall be accompanied by a certified check on a solvent bank or properly executed bid bond in the sum of $250.00 as a guaranty that if the bid is accepted a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured. Should any bid be rejected, such check shall be forthwith returned to the bidder, and should any bid be accepted, such check will be returned upon proper execution and securing of the contract. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to select such bids as serves the best interest of the City of Wapakoneta.
