Pursuant to this public advertisement, we, the undersigned, hereby declare that we have carefully examined the attached bid, specifications and all bid form sheets attached hereto, dated 03/28/2023 for Bid # 23-093: Brookdale Park Soccer Field and Track Improvements . NOTE: All questions must be submitted in writing, to the Office of Purchasing via fax to 973-621-5109, no later than end of business, eight (8) business days prior to the deadline for submission of bids. Ninety (90) Calendar Days after notice to proceed by The Board of County Commissioners No oral interpretation and or clarification ofthe meaning of the specifications for any goods and services will be made to any bidder. Such request shall be in writing, addressed to the Director of Purchasing, or as otherwise stipulated in the specification. In order to be given consideration, a written request must be received at least eight (8) business days (Saturday, Sunday and holidays excluded), prior to the date fixed for the opening ofthe bid for goods and services. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and services necessary for the proper removal of existing synthetic turf and in-fill; installation of new synthetic turf(w/ new in-fill), removal of rubberized track surface (full depth); installation of new rubberized track surface (full depth) and other related work indicated on the drawings and specified herein at the soccer field. The following Standard Specifications and Codes shall be considered a part ofthis specification where such specifications are applicable, and shall include all current changes and revisions: o New Jersey Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, current edition. o American Society for Testing and Materials. o Ordinances and Laws ofthe State ofNew Jersey, County and Municipality within which the work is being performed. o Sports Court Construction Guidelines" as published by the American Sports Builders Association, www.sportsbuilders.org.
