These living units have 2-ton or 3-ton H.V.A.C. systems, and their return air ducts & grilles seem to be undersized. Some parts of the building have 1 1/2 -ton H.V.A.C. systems and do not require improvement work as a part of this project because their return air ducts and return air grilles do not seem to be problematic. Most or all of the living units shall be occupied, and the Contractor shall minimize disruptions and inconveniences to tenants of these living units.
