Payment and Performance bonding will be for 100% of the total awarded contract. Maintenance Bonding will be for 10% of the total awarded contract. The scope of work includes construction of 7,400 LF of Wastewater lines, 1,650 LF of Water Lines, 1,600 LF of Paving, and 1,550 LF of Stormwater lines location The project is located East of S Garland Ave, North of Kingsley Rd, West of Anita Dr, and South of Axe Rd. All portions of the construction project are located within the corporate limits of Garland, Texas.
