The work consists of electrical improvements which generally consist of installing manual transfer switches and generator plugs at the City's existing sources and booster pump stations. The Project sites are located throughout Grantsville City. Questions are due Monday, April 3rd, 2023 at 3 pm and the final addendum will be sent out on Tuesday, April 4th, 2023 at 3 pm. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids due to irregularities or budget concerns. Only bids giving a firm quotation, properly signed, will be accepted. All bids are subject to applicable Utah laws and regulations. The Owner will not award the Contract to a Bidder who is not properly licensed or if the Contract would exceed the limit of the Bidder's license at the time of award.
