At this time, hand delivery of the bid can be done at the address provided above. Bids may not be emailed, faxed or transmitted over the telephone. Bidders must submit complete and detailed information of the product or service which Bidder proposes to supply. The right to reject all bids pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A: 11-13.2 and to award the contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder in accordance with applicable law is expressly reserved by the authority of the City Council of the City of Perth Amboy.
