Site work for a detention facility in Papillion, Nebraska. Completed plans call for site work for a detention facility.
This project is for the fabrication and installation of exterior signage for the newly constructed Sarpy County Correctional Center located on the northeast corner of Hwy 370 and 84th Street, Papillion, Nebraska 68046. The signage design is under a separate contract. Work on this project may or may not include the following types of work/specialties: Metal fabrication, Steel fabrication, Channel Lettering, Electrical Question Deadline 04/14/2023 at 2:00 PM CT Sarpy County reserves the right to change the above schedule at any time without penalty. Any changes will be published via addendum in the online platform, Ion Wave. Each electronic bid must include an electronic bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price and must be payable without condition to the Sarpy County Treasurer, to protect Sarpy County against failure to deliver materials as bid The successful Vendor shall be required to furnish a performance bond, and said bond shall be in the amount of 100% of the total amount of the bid, written by a surety licensed to do business in the State of Nebraska
