Recommend additional connectivity or audio solutions to prepare us for future needs The City of Dearborn is looking to hire an A/V professional to make recommendations and to provide cost-effective, reliable solutions and upgrades to our auditorium A/V systems, while also looking for forward-thinking connectivity or audio solutions to prepare us for future industry standards. Best Company rating of A-, VII or better and is satisfactory to the City of Dearborn. The demanded coverage that is to be afforded by the Contractor shall be primary and non-contributory in relationship to any and all insurance or self-administered SIR maintained and/or controlled by the City of Dearborn and its budgeted subdivisions. The City reserves the right to require complete, certified copies of all required insurance policies at any time. Any contractors and/or subcontractors utilized by the awarded vendor must also comply with all of the City's insurance requirements. The awarded vendor is solely responsible for ensuring that all contractors and/or subcontractors comply with the City's insurance requirements.
