Renovation of a municipal facility in Jamestown, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Metal siding replacement is located at the Materials Recovery Facility. Work includes approximate 250 linear feet of the rear wall and approximate 250 linear feet of the side wall. Must be Kirby building- siding to allow matching of existing color.. All miscellaneous work related to the above. Quantities and major work items are more thoroughly described herein. City staff will be available to discuss the project and answer pertinent questions including MWBE requirements. All prospective bidders are urged and cautioned to attend so as to prepare bids based upon a full understanding of project specifications. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, as may in the judgment of the City, serve its best interest and the City further reserves the right to waive irregularities and informalities in any bid submitted.
