Renovation of a mixed-use development in Canton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium; and educational facility.
The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: renovation of a stadium facility and an educational facility. As of March 29, 2023, a general contractor has not yet been selected for this project. A firm construction timeline for this project has not yet been released. Project consists of constructing Division III field sports complex that will house Field Hockey, lacrosse, softball and rowing locker rooms and training facility, interconnected to the north side of Appleton Arena Submit written Requests for Interpretation (RFI's) of the Procurement and Contracting Documents and Substitution Requests, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, via email to the following. 1.
