Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Claxton, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Evans County Charter School system is seeking proposals for the paving of an area connected to the Evans County Bus Barn. The area measures 137 feet long and 17 feet wide. The proposal should also include the price for digging out four 15 ft x 7 ft planter boxes and preparing said area for asphalt millings as well. The paving work is to be done as per the specifications provided below: The area to be paved is to be cleared of any debris, and leveled properly. The base material should be compacted, and the surface should be made smooth and level. The pavement should be at least 4 inches thick, made of asphalt or concrete, and should be finished properly. The edges of the pavement should be secured properly, and the pavement should be sloped properly to ensure proper drainage. The finished surface should be free of any cracks, holes, or other defects. All proposals should include the following: A detailed description of the proposed paving work. A timeline for completion of the project. A cost estimate, including all materials, labor, and any other expenses related to the project. A list of references for similar projects completed in the past. The Evans County Charter School system reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the school system.
