The Contractor will provide project costs for crews and equipment, anticipated mobilization time, and anticipated project completion time. 2. The Contractor is responsible to provide all materials and equipment necessary for fabrication, construction, and/or installation of this project. 3. All waste shall be disposed of by the Contractor. 4. The Contractor is responsible for damages, inside or outside the project area. 5. The Contractor is responsible for their own confined space, roadway, and trenching safety procedures. 6. If the project requires street closure - partial or otherwise, the Contractor shall provide all necessary traffic control. All traffic control personnel must at a minimum carry a current CDOT Flagger Certification. A Traffic Control Plan must be submitted to and approved by City staff at the pre-construction meeting. The pre-construction is to be scheduled at time of accepting the contract. 7. Below is the General Scope of Services for this project: GENERAL SCOPE OF SERVICES This project will complete sidewalk, ADA and drainage improvements along El Monte Place, Manitou Avenue and Duclo. Design services will be required to ensure slopes provide positive drainage. The Design Services (LS) item is to compensate the contractor for the time, energy and resources needed to verify grades and work product. Asphalt patching will be an optional item, if it is needed, to facilitate positive drainage with the new curb and gutter. The work on El Monte and Duclo cannot occur until after school is out for summer. Once school is out, the road can be fully closed to facilitate the work for El Monte and partial closure for Duclo, but the traffic control plans must be approved by the City. It is expected that shoulder closures will be needed for the rest of the work. The contractor is responsible to get the traffic control plans approved by the City.
