Work under this Contract consists of extending the City of Hollywood's sewer system into the Hollywood Hills Neighborhood to eliminate the use of septic tanks within the project limits, i.e., the installation of sanitary sewer mains and service connections within the right-of-way. The work will be done as per the plans and specifications prepared by EAC Consulting, Inc. The City of Hollywood, Florida (City) is seeking bids from qualified and experienced firms, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor or Bidder, to provide installation of sanitary sewer mains and service connections for the City, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation. The initial contract term shall commence upon date of award by the City for a 540-day term. The City reserves the right to renew the contract for two additional one-year terms, providing all terms, conditions and specifications remain the same, both parties agree to the renewal, and such renewal is approved by the City. The overall Project is bounded by North Park Road to the west to North 35th Avenue to the east and between Taft Street to the north and Arthur Street to the south. The project area is comprised exclusively of single-family residential units.
