The new system will include a new 14 SEER Condenser and 14 SEER Interior Coil, as well as a new 85000 BTU Furnace. All new equipment shall be as manufactured by RUUD, or an approved equivalent. It is intended that all new equipment be from the same manufacturer, including a new fully compatible commercial grade thermostat as recommended by A/C & heating equipment manufacturer. This unit will replace the old RHEEM air condition system and existing furnace. See detailed scope below for related work items. The Contractor should refer to the SCHEDULE OF ITEMS and project plans and specifications when making estimates of quantities or work. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, tools, material, and equipment necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. Payment for contract work will be made only for and under those pay items included in the Schedule of Items. All other work and materials will be considered as incidental to and included in the payment for the items shown.
