The scope of work includes constructing wetlands located at the Maillet Sommes and Morgan Conservation area. Work included to all clearing, grubbing, earthwork, grading, drainage utility work, paving, pathways, boardwalks, stone walls, retaining walls, signage, planting and all other necessary work need to complete the project. Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, cash, certified check, treasurer's or cashier's check payable to the Owner, is required in the amount of five percent of the bid, Minimum Wage Rates under the provisions of the MGL, Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27D, as amended, apply to this project.
