Sealed bids are being solicited under MGL Ch 30 39m, for Parking Lot work at Elementary School and Early Learning Center parking lots 407 Boston Rd accordance with specifications. The town of Sutton reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the proposals received, or to reject any and all proposals, or to accept proposals deemed to be in the best interest of the town of Sutton. The Town Manager will award the contract on behalf of the Town of Sutton no later than sixty (60) working days after the date of the bid opening. James Smith Town Manager Location and Work to be Done The Work consists of Parking Lot work at Elementary School and Early Learning Center parking lots and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and conceptual plans attached hereto. Additional drawings showing details in accordance with which the Work is to be done may be furnished by addendum from time to time during the bidding period by the Owner or its Architect/Engineer, and shall then become a part of the Contract Documents. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, services, materials, equipment, plant, machinery, apparatus, appliances, tools, supplies, and all other things necessary to do all work required for the completion of each item of the Work and as herein specified. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item.
