All offerors must be able to provide: Paving at Midway Boxsite: 3.1 Staking 3.2 Proof roll area to be paved 3.3 Undercut and fill as necessary 3.4 Base Course: Furnish and install 239 tons of crushed stone base over existing stone 3.5 Base Course: Fine grade and compact 3.6 Binder Course: Construct a one course bituminous concrete wearing surface to a nominal compacted thickness of 2" 3.7 Tack Coat: Apply a coat of tack to bond binder course to surface course 3.8 Surface Course: Construct a one course bituminous concrete wearing surface to a nominal compacted thickness of 2" 3.9 Quantity: 2,169 square yards 3.10 No driving on surface while laying asphalt until released by contractor 3.11 Need to field verify all dimensions and square footag
