Reference Number 0000320296 Metro Water Recovery (Metro) intends to engage a Construction Manager At-Risk (CMAR) to provide preconstruction and construction services for Post Aerobic Digestion Improvements (Project). The Project will replace mechanical elements of the existing post aerobic digestion (PAD) system. This work will include replacement of the existing chemical feed system which is used to add alkalinity and sequester phosphorus. The Project will also improve PAD aeration performance and blower system stability by providing the ability to isolate one or more existing blowers dedicated for PAD, and by matching the aeration system capacity to the PAD tank capacity.
