The City of Fremont is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide services to properties in violation of the City Exterior Maintenance Code. The services will include garbage/junk removal and lawn care. The City of Fremont regulates the exterior of properties that are out of compliance with the city's 1703.01 Exterior Maintenance Code and 557.23 Notice to Cut Noxious Weeds or Grass. The Contractor would be responsible to provide the services requested by the Code Enforcer or Zoning Inspector, in a timely manner. Mow and weed eat lawns requested by Code Enforcer or Zoning Inspector. - Remove garbage, unsightly rubbish and other accumulations of material requested by Code Enforcer or Zoning Inspector. - Invoice Zoning Office for services within a timely manner of when the services were provided.
