Reference Number 0000315263 As part of the Town's annual maintenance program, the Town of Parachute is seeking a qualified Contractor to remove and replace failing or heaving sections of concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter throughout Town and within Town Right-of-Way. The selected Contractor should be able to perform each section of sidewalk repair in a safe and timely manner, restore the site to an acceptable condition, and communicate potential impacts to neighboring property owners. The Town also desires that all new sections of concrete are continuous with the existing sidewalk, and should match in dimension. Please refer to the complete scope of work in the attached RFP document for a detailed list of the tasks and specifications that are to be performed under this contract.
